MoC: China to slap tariffs on more US imports

China will impose 25% tariffs on $50 billion worth of imported goods from the US such as aircraft, China's Ministry of Commerce (MoC) announced late on April 4. The move was Beijing's response to the announcement of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) the previous day that Washington intends to apply tariffs of 25% to some 1,300 Chinese industrial products.
