Handan Youfa Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Handan Youfa) was established in August 2010 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group and the group's first comprehensive steel pipe production and sales base offering full product categories. Located in Cheng'an County's Shangcheng Industrial Zone, Handan, the company covers an area of 765 mu, boasts high-quality plate and strip resources in North China, and has an annual production capacity of 4.5 million tons for various types of steel pipes. With convenient transportation—reachable within ten minutes by expressway and thirty minutes by rail freight—the company provides integrated steel pipe services to the central region, leveraging abundant resources, superior products, and efficient logistics.

Handan Youfa Construction has over 50 production lines for various types of steel pipes, capable of manufacturing six major categories including straight seam welded pipes (DN15-DN200), hot-dip galvanized pipes (DN15-DN300), square and rectangular tubes (F25-F300), hot-dip galvanized square and rectangular tubes (DN25-DN200), spiral pipes (φ219mm-φ1600mm), plastic-lined pipes, and plastic-coated pipes, with more than a thousand specifications. For different application scenarios, it provides a variety of specialized steel pipes such as gas-specific pipes, greenhouse-specific pipes, scaffolding-specific pipes, oval steel pipes, high-speed guardrail pipes, livestock-specific pipes, seamless galvanized pipes, electrical metal sleeves, and weather-resistant steel pipes.
